# Custom parts, one-offs and small series

> When nothing off the shelf fits, we machine the part: single pieces, matched sets and short runs in EPS, PU tooling board, MDF, hardwood and plastics. One drawing, a CAD model or a photo with dimensions is enough to start.

## One-offs and matched sets

A single part is a normal job here, not an exception. That is what a five-axis gantry mill with a large envelope is for: one element that has to fit an existing structure, a replacement that is no longer made, or a set of curved components that have to match each other.

Because the toolpaths are programmed in CAM, a one-off can still be repeatable. The same program and the same reference give you the next piece — or the tenth — without measuring every part off the machine and starting again.

- Single parts, replacements and matched sets
- Curved panels and shaped components
- Sculpted interior and furniture elements
- Prototypes before a bigger production decision
- Short runs where parts have to be identical

## Curved shapes and interior components

Flat sheet materials are easy to buy and hard to make interesting. Machining them into curves is where the five-axis machine pays off: a shaped panel, a carved basin, a one-piece component that would otherwise be assembled from several parts and a lot of filler.

We machine in EPS, PU tooling board, MDF, hardwood and plastics, and finish the surface — sanding, filling, sealing or priming — so the part arrives ready for installation, coating or upholstery work.

## Small series and repeatability

For a short run, the file and the CAM program stay with the job. Every part is machined against the same reference, so a series of ten does not turn into ten slightly different parts, and a re-order months later produces the same geometry again.

## Price, size and lead time

Machining is billed by the hour, from 100 euros per hour, with setting up, tool changes and finishers included. Materials are charged at cost with the size confirmed in the quote, and CAD work or finishing is listed separately.

Parts up to 4 100 x 2 100 x 1 000 mm are machined in one setup; anything larger is cut in sections and matched. The written quote includes a realistic lead time, usually within one working day of your enquiry.

## Questions about custom parts

**Is there a minimum order?**

No. A single part is a normal job, whether it is a one-off replacement or the first piece of a set.

**Can you make the same part again later?**

Yes. The CAD data and the CAM program stay with the job, so a repeat order is machined to the same geometry and the same reference.

**What size can a single part be?**

Up to 4 100 x 2 100 x 1 000 mm in one setup. Larger components are machined in sections that are aligned to the same reference and matched.

**Do you deliver?**

Delivery is available where practical. It is confirmed as part of the quote, together with the lead time.
